| Evergreen’s
long-standing association with two general contractors,
RTM Commercial Builders and J. Lahfdany, G.C., allows
the entire development process—from placement
strategy and site selection through construction
and tenant opening—to proceed efficiently
and dependably. RTM Commercial Builders, co-founded
by the owners of Evergreen and Ralph Monaco, a 40-year
construction-industry veteran, has completed over
200 developments, including more than 175 Walgreen
stores and 15 shopping centers. J. Lahfdany, G.C.,
under the direction of Mark Lahfdany, has worked
on nearly 75 developments, including more than 55
Walgreen stores and eight shopping centers. Both
contractors employ superior systems and schedules
that consistently produce timely completions with
excellent quality and cost savings.
