Experience, creativity, integrity and attention to detail set Evergreen apart as a premier real estate development company.  Evergreen was founded in 1974 by partners Bruce Pomeroy and Andrew Skipper, who were joined in 1988 by Gregg Alpert.  In 2001, Bruce, Andrew and Gregg joined partners Jeff Garrett and Brett Heron to form Evergreen Communities.  Since 1974, Evergreen has earned the reputation as an industry leader by delivering high-quality real estate development services reliably, efficiently and cost-effectively.

No detail is overlooked, from a 100-page checklist to 1,000-plus master documents, spreadsheets and schedules—many of which are updated on a monthly basis. Additionally, Evergreen has put in place an internal finance and accounting team that provides accurate and timely information and reporting to the company’s owners, partners, lenders and investors.
