Evergreen is committed to incorporating sustainable business practices into our operations and green building processes into our real estate developments. Through our membership in the U.S. Green Building Council and our growing knowledge of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) criteria, we are positioned to successfully create LEED® Certified developments. Evergreen manages these initiatives with our EverGREEN Team and employs many LEED® Accredited Professionals.
Evergreen is also developing a “Baseline Green Standard” that we can incorporate into all of our developments. A “Company Sustainability Policy” has been created to improve our working environment and reduce any unnecessary waste. |
