To complement our alliance with GBS, Evergreen has a skilled and passionate multi-disciplinary sustainability team with LEED Accredited Professionals, focused on greening our projects and our firm. Our experience as the project administrator in connection with the United States Green Building Council’s certification process for the first LEED certified Walgreens and as a resource for Fresh & Easy’s portfolio certification will help new clients grow in this space.
We have a committed, trusted and experienced network of consultants in the green development arena to help us deliver stores in less time and for a lower cost. Our research shows that the majority of large municipalities across the county have some aspect of green building requirements in their building codes.
